Norwegian smoked salmon, served with traditional condiments of capers, cream cheese, sliced red onion, pumpernickel rounds and mini bagels.


Grilled asparagus, peppers, zucchini and eggplant. Marinated olives, artichokes and mushrooms and feta cheese.

Relish Tray

A variety of pickles that include dill, garlic and bread and butter. A selection of olives including garlic stuffed, Kalamata, and Manzanilla.
Also comes with an assortment of pickled vegetables and marinated mushrooms.

Seasonal Fruit Platter

Mediterranean Breads and Dips

A selection of dips that include hummus, tabouleh, spinach and artichoke and baba ganoush.
Served with rustic breads and pitas.

Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail

White wine poached and chilled shrimp served with a classic cocktail sauce and lemons.


A selection of cured meats, that include beef and pork. Served with a trio of mustard's, chutneys, pickles, crustini's and artisan breads.

Deviled Eggs

Classic deviled eggs garnished with crispy capers, chive, or a splash of Tabasco.

Sausage Rolls

Two bite sausage rolls in a flaky pastry.

Chicken Parmesan

Panko breaded and made in house, with grated Parmesan and mozzarella cheese and fresh basil leaves.


Beef, chicken or pork grilled kabobs. Choose your flavor: Asian, Mediterranean, Southern BBQ, or Indian. Served with dipping sauces.

Tropical Rice & Coconut Shrimp

Jasmine rice scented with lime, coconut water and cilantro, with coconut and panko breaded shrimp.


Your choice of spinach and artichoke with feta, vegetarian or bolognese, with our own house made tomato sauce.

Classic Shepard's Pie

Mashed Thompson's Farm Yukon gold potatoes, with lean ground beef and veggies.

Gourmet Cheese Board

​ A selection of fine international OR domestic cheeses. Served with fruit, toasted almonds and walnuts, wildflower honey, pumpernickel rounds, crackers and artisan breads.

Standard Cheese Platter

Gouda, Cheddar, Swiss and jalapeno Havarti slices and cubes. Served with crackers and fruit.
